Become a Member
Annual membership dues are on a sliding scale basis ($1-$100). Contributions of $20 or more are eligible for a charity receipt. Membership does not obligate you to volunteer or donate, but does help us show prospective funders that we are a well supported, thriving community organization.
There are multiple ways you can complete the membership form and pay your dues:
1. Online: Complete membership form found on the bottom of this page and email a saved copy of the file to foodcupboard(at)shawbiz.ca. Please indicate “paypal” in the TOTAL ENCLOSED field, if this
is how you’ll be submitting your payment
To use Paypal to submit dues, use the DONATE button at the bottom of this page and indicate with ttransaction that the donation is for membership dues.
2. Mail: Print off and complete the Membership form found on the bottom of this page. Mail with cheque to 602 Silica St., Nelson, BC, V1L 4N1
3. In person: Print off and complete the Membership form found on the bottom of this page. Drop it off at the Nelson Food Cupboard during regular hours of operation
(Mondays & Wednesdays, 9am-12pm; Thursdays 12pm-2pm).
